Estate Planning
Mr. Hanks is sensitive to the needs of his estate planning clients, with the strong desire that they have a full understanding of the possibilities of what could happen. Much like the old Mr. Goodwrench commercial says, "You can pay me now or pay me later." It is far less expensive to address an opportunity before it becomes an issue. Estate planning documents to be considered by clients include wills, property management powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, declarations of guardians, HIPPA authorizations, living trusts, family limited partnerships and other sophisticated estate planning documents. Mr. Hanks’ philosophy is for clients to understand and comprehend the documents they intend to sign before arriving for the signing conference.

Trusts
Trusts (whether living trusts or otherwise) do not meet the needs, desires and requirements of every client. When appropriate, he will advise clients as to the types of trusts which could suit a particular purpose and draft them accordingly.

Probate
Mr. Hanks is sensitive to what is in the client’s best interest. Mr. Hank’s philosophy is to find the best solution for the client for the best possible price. We are all colored by our experiences. He seeks ways to make the probate process as easy for his clients as possible.
